Kanye West and his wife Bianca Censori have been getting embroiled in back-to-back controversies. Currently, they are grabbing the headlines for their recent indecent behaviour during a boat ride in Venice, Italy. Kanye was seen exposing his naked derriere while Bianca was seen sitting in between his legs and both were photographed in a compromising position. For the unversed, they reportedly got married in an unofficial ceremony in January.

Their lewd act irked the Italian locals and it prompted a police investigation. Meanwhile, Kanye, 46 and Bianca, 28 are banned by the boat company for a lifetime.

The latest report states that Kanye's ex-wife Kim Kardashian is worried about the rapper. An insider told In Touch that Kim and her family are really concerned about his well-being right now. “Kim’s worried he’s unwell and not taking care of himself. He’s spiraling," told the insider.

The insider also said that Kim has always wanted Kanye to be the "healthiest and best version of himself".

Kardashian and Kanye are parents to four children. They have been co-parenting them since their split. "Kim is especially concerned for the sake of their children,” North, 10, Saint, 7, Chicago, 5, and Psalm, 4, “and has reached out to make sure he’s stable. The drinking worries her, too. The word intervention has even been thrown around," said the insider.

The Kardashians are also curious about Bianca’s role in Kanye's life. “She might be a great person and trying to help Kanye, but there are also fears she could be using him for fame,'' told the insider.

As per the insider, Kim doesn’t want the father of her children to go through more mental anguish. She recently said on 'The Kardashians' “It sucks when someone doesn’t see how different they are. I always will [keep looking for the person he used to be]. You’ll always hope you’ll see a glimpse of them.”
