Actress Amanda Bynes recently took to TikTok to share with her fans the reason behind the change in her appearance. She reveals that it is due to plastic surgery she underwent on her eyes.

In a new TikTok video, the former Nickelodeon star disclosed that she had undergone a procedure known as Blepharoplasty. She expressed, "It's the best thing I've done to myself and my confidence."

For those unaware, blepharoplasty is a surgical rejuvenation procedure usually performed on the upper and/or lower eyelids. It's typically done to enhance the appearance around the eyes and improve vision that may have been affected by drooping eyelids.

In another post, she sounded vulnerable. She revealed that she feels insecure regarding her look in paparazzi pictures. She believes those pictures make her look terrible due to bad lighting.

Recently, the former child star made headlines by announcing her comeback to the spotlight through a new podcast. The 'She's The Man' actress shared a snapshot posing alongside podcast co-host Paul Sieminski and the first episode's guest, tattoo artist Dahlia Moth. In 2019, Bynes surprised many with her striking face tattoo, a topic she talked about in her conversation with Sieminski and Moth. "Nobody cares anymore if people have face tattoos. It shouldn’t matter," she expressed during their discussion. Despite TMZ's report a few months ago about her wish to remove the tattoo, it seems the star hasn't followed through with the removal process.
