'Leo' Box Office Day 1: Thalapathy Vijay Starrer Gets A Bumper Opening Globally

Thalapathy Vijay's 'Leo' hit the theatres on October 19. It opened with flying colours on Day 1. As per reports, the film earned Rs over 100 crore on the first day of its release.

'Leo' is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and it released across the globe in multiple languages, including Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi. The film has been receiving positive reviews, with a section of people criticising the second half of the film.

Trade analyst Ramesh Bala, in his post on X, wrote that the film crossed Rs 100 crore at the worldwide box office.

'Leo' is the second collaboration of Thalapathy Vijay and director Lokesh Kanagaraj after 'Master'. This screenplay is written by Lokesh, Rathna Kumar and Deeraj Vaidy. It also stars Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Mysskin, Sandy and Gautham Menon in pivotal roles. Mathew Thomas, Mansoor Ali Khan, Priya Anand and several others in supporting roles.

It is produced by Seven Screen Studio and music composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
