As reported by the Times of India, Asmita Sood will be marrying her boyfriend, Siddh Mehta. Her boyfriend is from Rajkot, Gujarat and he works as a businessman. The news portal reported that the actress will opt for a destination wedding in Goa during the first week of February. The portal also quoted a source close to the actress who confirmed this news. The source said, “Asmita is getting married to Siddh in the first week of February in Goa.”

The source also revealed that the couple will opt for a low-key wedding with only close friends and family members. It was added that actor Zain Imam and Vidisha Srivastava may attend the wedding. The source said, “The wedding will be a close-knit affair and only close friends and family members will be present. The wedding will be a two-day event with sangeet and cocktail party on the first day, and haldi and pheras on the second day. The actress' industry friends Zain Imam and Vidisha Srivastava are likely to attend the wedding.”
In October 2023, Asmita posted a series of pictures with Siddh Mehta from a vacation. In one of the pictures, her boyfriend is on his knees.
