Fitch Says SEBI's Recent Changes Would Make RPTs More Transparent And Ease Delisting Process

SEBI had recently changed what constitutes a 'related-party. The new rules state that non-promoter entities with more than a 20 per cent stake before April 2023 would be considered related parties. Further, entities with more than a 10 per cent stake after April 1, 2023, would be considered 'related parties'.
