India are set to host England for five Test match bilateral series, the first of which will start on 25th January in Hyderabad's Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium. Both teams will take on each other in the traditional format after 18 months. (More Cricket News

The last series ended with a 2-2 draw after India went down in the final and rescheduled the Test match by seven wickets at Edgbaston back in July 2022. The final and deciding match of the five-match Test series was rescheduled for July 2022 due to the COVID-19 outbreak during India's Tour Of England 2021.

Now, India and England will play a five-Test match series again. Indian skipper Rohit Sharma is very happy with the team combination.  However, India's recent performance against South Africa is a matter of concern. Head coach Rahul Dravid informed that the team will begin their preparations for the first Test from 20th January.

India have included the 22-year-old wicket-keeper batter Dhruv Jurel in the squad, however, he is unlikely to play ahead of KL Rahul and KS Bharat who are designated wicket-keepers in Tests. The spin trio of Ravindra Jadeja, Ravichandran Ashwin and Axar Patel could be useful on slow India wickets.

England captain Ben Stokes will lead a remarkable Test team that have the likes of Joe Root, Jonny Bairstow, James Anderson and Mark Wood. Young batters Ollie Pope and Harry Brook will try to leave their mark in India. The 20-year-old Shoaib Bashir is included in the squad for the first time along with 19-year-old Rehan Ahmed who has been very impressive so far.

The young spinners will be guided by experienced Jack Leach, who will be coming to the India tour for the second time. Ben Stokes and Bazball have been the talk of the town for a long time now. Can they pull off 'Bazball' this time, is a question.
