Chairperson of the Infosys Foundation, Sudha Murty, recently made an appearance on ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’. She not only compared Shah Rukh Khan to Dilip Kumar, she also talked about Salman Khan’s role in ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’.
In a now viral video, is heard saying how only Salman Khan could play Bajrangi Bhaijaan as he has a “childlike innocence.” Watch here:
Since her statement, Salman’s fans have been making the video clip viral on social media, which has Murty saying, “I told my daughter (Akshata Murty) that Salman Khan has the innocence of a child and only he can bring it on the screen and he is fit to do Bajrangi Bhaijaan.”

Nonetheless, his fans were extremely excited that Murty was praising the star. While on fans wrote, “Really felt happy seeing Sudha ma praise salman khan ❤️🔥🥹,” anothe commented, “Praise for Salman for his act in Bajrangi Bhaijaan from #SudhaMurthy Chairperson, Cofounder of Infosys, mother in law of the PM of Britain #RishiSunak is a big deal… Salman and his legacy is Unmatchable! 🔥.”
Sudha, in the same episode, revealed that Dilip Kumar was her favourite hero when she was young, and only Shah Rukh Khan can take the late actor’s place in the film industry. She said, “When I was young, my hero was Dilip Kumar. He was simply lajawaab. Next to him, another actor who can act with that kind of emotion is Shah Rukh Khan.”

She signed off by saying, “When I saw Veera-Zara, I told my daughter that if Dilip Kumar was young, then he would have done Veer-Zaara and now Shah Rukh Khan is taking his place. Only he can do it.”
