Along with his single life, 'Twilight' actor Robert Pattinson is parting ways with his long-time Los Angeles residence. After his girlfriend Suki Waterhouse recently announced that they are expecting a baby, Pattinson sold his bachelor pad in a quiet off-market deal, as confirmed by PEOPLE.
While performing at the Corona Capital Festival in Mexico last month, Waterhouse pleasantly surprised fans with the news of her pregnancy. In a fan-captured video, she mentioned, “I’m extra sparkly today because I thought it might distract you from something else that’s going on.” She then showed her baby bump, generating happy cheers from the crowd present.
The couple has been dating since July 2018. And now, there is rumours of the two being engaged as well.

The recently sold two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence, covering nearly 2000 sq ft, maintains its unique terracotta floors and exposed beam ceilings. Its beautiful exterior includes a brick patio hosting an al fresco dining area, accompanied by a trellis. It encircles a small grassy lawn and an in-ground pool. To make the area more secure and private, there are large wooden gates and hedges.
The buyer took help from Chase Rogers from The Beverly Hills Estates, and the news of the sale was broken by Robb Report.
The 'Batman' actor bought the home nearly 10 years ago for a price of $2.2 million, which has intricate design touches such as beautifully carved wooden doors, skylights, and striking arched doorways.

Reports say that Pattinson has bought another property in Los Angeles itself, which is more expensive than his initial purchase.
