Ektaa Kapoor is unquestionably a Content Czarina who brought her astute business acumen and creative sensibility to the Indian entertainment industry in the past few decades. The Padma Shri laureate has over the years redefined the landscape of Indian television and then went on to take the movie business by storm.
Over the years she cemented her position as the undisputed leader of the small screen, with one historic show after another, and later captured the imagination of Indian audiences on OTT. However, she recently walked away from her OTT platform ALTBalaji, which is now just called ALTT.
It's no surprise then that Ektaa Kapoor is a regular on various international lists that feature the most powerful women in business and entertainment.
