Defending champion Novak Djokovic advanced to the fourth round at Wimbledon with a victory over Miomir Kecmanovic on Friday. Big-hitting John Isner lost to Jannik Sinner while Elise Mertens eliminated 2018 Wimbledon champion, Angelique Kerber, in the women’s singles third round. In mixed doubles, the Indo-Croatian duo of Sania Mirza and Mate Pavic advanced to second round while Venus Williams and Jamie Murray also recorded a opening round win.
