Delhi Capitals became the first team to be knocked out of the Indian Premier League 2023 after Prabhsimran Singh's hundered and Harpreet Brar's 4-fer in New Delhi on Saturday. Prabhsimran put on a show with the bat, as he constantly ran out of partners with his team reeling at 45-3 at one point. He, then, stitched a 72-run partnership with Sam Curran (20 off 24 balls) while scoring the bulk of the runs.
