Actor Vikrant Massey and his wife Sheetal Thakur are all set to embrace parenthood as they are expecting their first child. The couple, who got married in February 2022, announced the good news recently with their fans with a heartwarming post.
The 'Mirzapur' actor sharing a wedding picture with Sheetal, captioned it, “New beginnings". The post had a text that read, “We are expecting! Baby coming 2024."
Vikrant is currently over the moon and expressing his joy to Outlook India, the actor said, "I sometimes become nervous and sometimes I become numb. I am keeping my fingers crossed and just hoping that both the mother and child are healthy and safe but aage ka aage dekhenge".

On how he reacted when his wife broke the news of his pregnancy to him, Vikrant said, "I was really very overwhelmed".
Earlier, in an interview with India Today, while talking about his married life with Sheetal, he shared, “My married life has been great. Yes, there are a lot of things that are different now. I feel a lot different but I married my best friend and couldn’t have asked for more. I got a new house, and that has also been a blessing. So life is good and God has been very kind".
On the work front, Vikrant is currently gearing up for the release of '12 Fail' directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra. It is all set to hit the theatres on October 27. The film is based on Anurag Pathak’s best-selling novel on the journey of IPS officer Manoj Kumar Sharma and IRS officer Shraddha Joshi.

Apart from this, he also has 'Sector 36' and 'Haseen Dillruba' with Taapsee Pannu. Massey will also star in 'Blackout' with Mouni Roy.
