Kingdom released on July 31 in multiple languages

Kingdom (Hindi title: Saamrajya), starring Vijay Deverakonda as the male lead, hit the Indian theatres on July 31, after multiple delays. Directed by National award-winning filmmaker Gowtam Tinnanuri, the film also stars Satyadev and Bhagyashri Borse. Kingdom has opened to mostly positive reviews. Netizens have been praising Deverakonda's performance especially the jail sequence, and also Anirudh Ravichander's powerful music with engaging soundtracks. The cinematography is also being lauded. While some are disappointed with the slow screenplay. One user said Kingdom is "packed with style, action, and emotion". Many already declared it a "blockbuster".

Kingdom is backed by Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya of Sithara Entertainments in association with Fortune Four Cinemas. The film was originally scheduled for March 30, 2025 release and later pushed to May 30. It was again postponed to July 4, and finally released on July 31. The action drama had its US premiere on July 30.
The Hindi version is presented by Aditya Bhatia ( Adwise Movies) and Atul Rajani and is distributed across North India by AA Films. Jomon T. John and Girish Gangadharan have done the cinematography, while editing is done by Navin Nooli.
With positive reviews, it is expected that Kingdom will have a great start at the box office. It might be a respite in Deverakonda's career after his previous box office failures like Liger, Kushi and The Family Star.
The actor has undergone a huge body transformation for his character, and we wish his hard work doesn't go waste and Kingdom performs well at the box office.
Going by the current trends, Kingdom is likely to open at Rs 17-19 crore net at the Indian box office. As per reports, the Telugu spy thriller has grossed $650K+ from its USA premieres.
