K-pop’s BLACKPINK member Jennie took to her social media to announce her personal label, OA (Odd Atelier). This news comes just days after the band renewed their contract with YG Entertainment.

Taking to her social media, Jennie shared a series of pictures and wrote how she was thankful for the love she has received from her fans. She also mentioned how this year helped her accomplish many of her goals. She wrote, “Hi, this is Jennie. This year was filled with many accomplishments, and I’m so thankful for all the love I’ve received. I’m also excited about what’s to come, as I start my solo journey in 2024 with a company that I have established called OA. Please show lots of love for my new start with OA and of course, BLACKPINK. Thank you.” The singer shared the official logo of the label as well.

Fans celebrated the launch of this label. Many left congratulatory messages in the comments and said that they would support her at every step of her life.

Jennie had established OA in November 2023, but she had not addressed it until now. This led to much speculation amongst the fans. All members of BLACKPINK have renewed their exclusive contracts with YG Entertainment. According to a report by Soompi, Jennie’s solo activities will be managed by OA. However, the purpose of the label is still unclear. Earlier this year, Jennie made her acting debut with her stage name Jennie Ruby Jane in The Weeknd’s HBO show, ‘The Idol.’
