Many prominent names from the film entertainment industry will be gracing the inauguration ceremony of the holy Ram Mandir in Ayodhya on January 22, 2024.

The highly awaited opening ceremony of the historical Shri Ram Mandir at Ram Janm Bhumi is set to happen on January 22, 2024. The event will witness the presence of notable, eminent personalities. In an exclusive report by Pinkvilla, it has been revealed who from the entertainment industry will be present in Ayodhya for the auspicious occassion. 

According to sources, some of the Bollywood celebrities who will be attending the opening ceremony include actors Amitabh BachchanMadhuri Dixit, Anupam Kher, Akshay Kumar, and ace directors Rajkumar Hirani, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Rohit Shetty along with producer Mahaveer Jain. 

Additionally, South Indian celebrities will also be gracing the event upon invitation. This list includes Rajinikanth, Chiranjeevi, Mohanlal, Dhanush, and Rishab Shetty.

Reports indicate that the ground level of the temple is expected to be done before the end of this year, setting the stage for its inauguration on January 22, 2024. The ceremonial installment of the Ram Lalla idol, graced by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, will mark this momentous occasion. The event is expected to attract vast crowds of Ram devotees from all across the world. 

Numerous programs will commence on January 16 with a series of rituals leading up to the grand opening. An esteemed gathering of nearly 7,000 guests from across the country is expected. About 4,000 saints have also been sent invitations to be a part of the auspicious affair.

Preparations for the event have been thoroughly made by the Ayodhya Ram Mandir committee, under the guidance of the Ram Mandir Trust, which is responsible for taking care of the opening ceremony. As part of the arrangements, devotees entering the temple premises will be allowed to see Lord Ram Lalla from a distance of about 320 feet. Additionally, pilgrims will have access to Kuber Tila and the Yatri Facilitation Centre. However, services and worship during the inauguration will be conducted solely by the current priests.

For those who are not completely familiar, construction of this sacred temple started on August 5, 2020, after PM Modi had laid down the foundation stone of the holy site.
