The driver of a luxury car who masturbated before Marathi actress Chinmayee Surve-Raghavan near her house in Mumbai has been arrested.
On Monday afternoon, Chinmayee, wife of actor Sumeet Raghavan, filed a complaint in Vile Parle police station against the unknown driver.
Sumeet shared the details of the incident on social media, and tweeted the last four digits of the car in which the driver fled.
Sumeet tweeted, "A white BMW with last 4 digits 1985 needs to be traced. The driver wearing a grey safari who had parked near #ParleTilakSchool #VileParleEast started masturbating in front of my wife. Before she could slap him he escaped. She could note down just the last 4 digits@MumbaiPolice".

According to an IANS report, the police managed to arrest the culprit within hours of the incident after scanning the footage from CCTV in the locality and based on the number of the vehicle.
"Yes, we have detained the 42-year old driver of the vehicle, identified as Jivan Choudhary and further investigations are underway," Vile Parle police chief, inspector Laxman Chawan told IANS.
