Mohammed Siraj has not been rewarded as well as he has bowled so far in the India vs England Test series. However, early on the fourth day of the third Test, Siraj was once again on point and this time luck favoured him as well. In his third over of the day, Ben Duckett hit Siraj for a boundary but the right-arm pacer got the last laugh with the wicket of the left-hander. With the wicket came a send-off as Siraj was all pumped up and could not resist himself going close to Duckett and roaring hard into his face.

England had reached 22 in the sixth over as Duckett, trying to be aggressive, tried to pull a good length ball from Siraj. The ball was a little fullish and there to pull which led to Duckett mistiming the ball straight into the hands of Jasprit Bumrah who completed an easy catch at mid off to help India get the first wicket.
Hindi commentators were quick to bring in the fact that Siraj is a Deputy Superintendent of Police in Hyderabad. "Duckett goes into the detention of DSP Siraj," was said on Hindi commentary as the fast bowlers struck for the first time in the second innings.
Siraj gave a fiery send off to Duckett and that could put him in trouble later in the day if the referee deems his conduct unsportsmanlike.
Temperature had risen late on the third day when England opener Zak Crawley attempted to waste time so that India could not sneak in an extra over. The late drama came after India were bowled out for 387 in the first innings to draw level with England who also got the same number of runs in the first dig.
