Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while addressing a BJP rally in Rajasthan, criticized the Ashok Gehlot government for what he termed as "five wasted years" for the state's youth. In his speech, Prime Minister Modi urged the people to remove the Congress from power in the upcoming assembly elections.
During his address, Prime Minister Modi gave the Congress government in Rajasthan a dismal rating, stating that they deserved "zero marks" for their governance over the past five years. He also accused the Congress administration of being involved in the leakage of recruitment exam question papers, promising that strict action would be taken against those responsible when the BJP assumes power, PTI reported.

The "Parivartan Sankalp Mahasabha" event marked the culmination of four 'Parivartan Yatras' organized by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the run-up to the state's impending assembly elections.
Prime Minister Modi emphasized the impact of the past government's actions on Rajasthan's youth, stating that the time had come for the people to reject the Congress due to its misrule.
In addition to criticizing the Congress on governance, Prime Minister Modi also took a swipe at the party's stance on the women's reservation bill. He argued that the Congress had only supported the bill under pressure from women, suggesting that their intentions were not genuine during their rule.

The Women's Reservation Bill, which seeks to reserve one-third of seats in the Lok Sabha and state assemblies for women, had recently been passed by Parliament.
Prime Minister Modi further characterized the Congress and its allies as opponents of women's reservation, using the term "ghamandiya" (arrogant) to describe them, a phrase he has often employed in reference to the opposition INDIA bloc.
Before addressing the rally, Prime Minister Modi received a warm welcome from the BJP Mahila Morcha cadre. He arrived at the venue in Dadiya village, located on the outskirts of Jaipur, in an open-top vehicle, accompanied by enthusiastic supporters from the BJP's women's wing who chanted slogans in his support.
