A gang involved in duping tests for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test in exchange for Rs 7 lakh was arrested by the Delhi Police today. The members of the gang allegedly took the tests for people masking their identity.
The reports say that the head of the gang was Naresh Bishroi who is a second-year student at the All India Institute for Medical Sciences in Delhi. It is alleged that Bishroi has offered many students of the institution to join the gang with the promise of money. He made first-year students appear for the NEET exams across the country in place of the clients who paid Rs 7lakh to him.

Who are the accused?
The Delhi police arrested four members of the gang as of now and they are Sanju Yadav, Mahavir and Jitendra along with Naresh Bishroi. Sanju Yadav is reportedly a first-year student of Radiology at AIIMS Delhi who got caught while writing the entrance exam for a client. Mahavir and Jitendra are also students from AIIMS Delhi and have been reportedly arrested from Nagpur.
Reportedly their phones and laptops have been seized by the police.
According to the reports, Bishroi revealed of taking Rs 7 lakh from the examiners for duping, during the interrogation. The investigation is still going on as the police are trying to find out if there are any more students involved in this racket.
