Motorola enthusiasts and tech enthusiasts alike have been eagerly awaiting the successor to the Moto G82, the last phone in the Moto G8x series. Recent leaks suggest that the upcoming device might bear the name Moto G84, a successor to the G82. Thanks to the renowned leakster Evan Blass, official renders of the Moto G84 have been unveiled, giving us a sneak peek into the smartphone's anticipated design and features.

The Moto G84's design language follows the trend set by recent Motorola releases, including models like the Moto G53 and Moto G73. A square camera module is a prominent feature on the rear, housing a dual camera setup accompanied by an LED flash. Notably, this is a departure from the Moto G82's triple camera arrangement, with the additional 2MP macro camera replaced in the Moto G84. The camera module is inscribed with key specifications such as "50MP," "2.0µm," and "OIS," indicating the presence of a 50MP primary sensor with 2.0µm pixel size after binning and Optical Image Stabilization (OIS).

Available in Black, Viva Magenta, and White color variants, the Moto G84 boasts a flat front display with a centered hole punch cutout. The previous Moto G82 was equipped with a 120Hz pOLED display, and expectations are high for the Moto G84 to feature an OLED panel as well, ensuring vibrant visuals and smoother user experience.

A noticeable design shift is the placement of the power button on the side of the Moto G84. Unlike its predecessor, this design indicates that the power button doesn't serve as a fingerprint scanner. Instead, the phone is anticipated to feature an under-display fingerprint scanner, enhancing security and user convenience.

Notably, the Moto G84 is also equipped with a 3.5mm headphone jack on the bottom, catering to users who prefer wired audio options. Additionally, the smartphone boasts a stereo speaker setup with Dolby Atmos support, promising immersive audio quality for multimedia consumption and entertainment.

As anticipation builds around the Moto G84's official release, enthusiasts are excited to explore its upgraded features and design elements, setting the stage for an enhanced smartphone experience.
