A criminal complaint was launched against a smuggler who was caught with 29 parrot eggs at Miami International Airport when chirping sounds were heard as they began hatching in his carry-on bag while in transit. The Rare Species Conservatory Foundation is raising the 24 parrots that survived while looking for a long-term home for the birds.
