Currently serving as Lead of EV Data Insights at Element Fleet Management in Mississauga, Canada, he is driving forward the company’s mission to “move the world through intelligent mobility.”

Before joining Element Fleet Management, Anshul was associated with General Motors as Technical Development Lead, where he oversaw telematics-driven driver behavior insights and data-based product strategies. His tenure at Litens Automotive Group and Samsung R&D Institute India further honed his skills in multiphysics simulation, optimization, and energy systems design, key pillars in advancing sustainable technologies.
In addition to his industry roles, Anshul also contributes to academia as a Research Advisor at Ontario Tech University, mentoring projects under the STEER research group in advanced automotive systems and electric vehicle analytics.
