'Hera Pheri' trio Paresh Rawal, Akshay Kumar and Suniel Shetty are all set to return with the third part of the popular franchise. Akshay, Suniel and Paresh are reprising their roles as Raju, Shyam and Baburao Apte aka Babu bhaiya. Recently, Paresh Rawal spoke to Outlook India where he gave the latest update of 'Hera Pheri 3'.

He said, ''It will start sometime next year and will release by the end of next year. It is definitely happening''.

Paresh's character Babu bhaiya is iconic. His dialogues are still etched in our memories. The actor said that he doesn't feel the pressure to reprise his cult character in the third instalment and added, ''The character is in my blood now, in my bone. I can feel it in my bones''.

He added, ''For example, we must have a sequel like 'Munnabai MBBS', or  ‘Lage Raho Munnabhai’. That kind of a sequel should come up, which has taken a quantum leap, which has put the character in a different zone, a different backdrop and a different kind of story. So that will be novelty for us also as an actor, and audience.''

Priyadarshan's 'Hera Pheri' went on to become a cult classic in 2000. In 2006, came the second part 'Hera Pheri 2', directed by Neeraj Vora but it didn't do as well as the first one. When asked about one mistake he doesn't want to repeat in the third part, Paresh said, ''Of course, nobody would like to repeat the mistakes''.
