After actor-brother Sunny Deol praised Bobby Deol for his recent film ‘Animal’, their father, veteran actor Dharmendra, has now shared his reviews for the film and took to Instagram to appreciate his son's performance. On Monday, Dharmendra shared a photo of Bobby's fierce Animal avatar and captioned it as, "My talented Bob (evil eyes amulet and heart emojis)."

Interestingly, a day ahead of the release of ‘Animal’ on December 1, Sunny Deol had shared an Instagram post for his 'little brother' Bobby Deol. Sharing a series of happy pictures of himself with Bobby Deol, the pictures had the Deol brothers sitting next to each other and smiling for the cameras at Animal's special screening.

Sharing the post, Sunny Deol captioned the pictures as, “My Little brother has shaken the world (fire emojis). All guns firing success to Animal! Best wishes to Bobby Deol, Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Bhushan Kumar, Rashmika Mandanna and Triptii Dimri.”

For the unversed, Bobby Deol plays the antagonist to Ranbir Kapoor's character in the Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial ‘Animal’, and his character has been much loved.

Recently, Esha Deol, daughter of Dharmendra and second wife, actor Hema Malini, too praised Bobby for his performance in ‘Animal’. Esha wrote on Instagram Stories, “Way to go. Smashing performance and success bhaiya (brother),” as she shared a picture of Bobby.

Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the Ranbir Kapoor film has been roaring at the box office. The film, which released in theatres on December 1, has created history by becoming the biggest opener for a non-holiday release for a Hindi film. While it minted Rs 116 crore at the worldwide box office on its opening day, it has already entered the ₹200 crore club in India.

‘Animal’, which is Ranbir Kapoor and Bobby Deol's revenge drama, is based around a father and son’s toxic relationship. While Anil Kapoor plays the emotionally unavailable father, Ranbir plays his son. The film also stars Rashmika Mandanna in the role of Ranbir's wife. It clashed with Vicky Kaushal’s ‘Sam Bahadur’ at the box office.
