Through this film, you will be taken on a journey with an unconventional elf, Trip, who is quite literally on a trip as Santa Claus’ helper. He meets Elia, who is a shy boy, and the two define the real meaning behind friendship. All-in-all, it is a heartfelt narrative filled with humour, Christmas spirit and just a tint of magic.

‘Your Christmas Or Mine 2’ on Amazon Prime Video:

The dynamic duo, Hayley and James, is back with a bang, in a sequel of ‘Your Christmas Or Mine.’ Just like the first movie, this one is full of laughter and chaos. This uproarious and disorderly movie is a perfect fusion of light comedy and heartfelt moments, that hit you right where it should. Although there are a few cringeworthy moments, genuine laughs make up for those. It’s a perfect watch for some light entertainment.

‘Family Switch’ on Netflix:

When a film has Jennifer Garner in it, you already know it’s a hit. Starring alongside her in this Christmas comedy is Brady Noon. In this body-swap genre of a movie, you will meet the Walters, who experience an upheaval right before the holiday season. A cosmic event unfolds, which swaps parents with their children. The swapping makes Jennifer, who plays the role of a meticulous and organised mother - Jess Walker, realise that her way of thinking and doing things is not always what’s best for everyone else. You can sit back, relax and watch this movie while it hits you with some heartfelt truths and fun-loving moments.

‘Christmas As Usual’ on Netflix:

We all love it when different cultures in movies meet; the fusion is bound to be chaotic, to say the least. Joining the list of movies to binge is ‘Christmas As Usual,’ filled only with clashes of Indian and Norwegian cultures, in a good way. Meet Thea (played by Ida Ursin-Holm) and Jashan (played by Kanan Gill), as they try to find peace in the chaos stirring around them during Christmas. This rom-com promises you immense laughter, lots of love and a perfect blend of multiple holiday traditions and festivities.

While these were some of the top-picked movies for you to watch, who said the Christmas spirit ends there? Don’t be so consumed by the audio-visual medium, when there’s an alternative of just audio. Now, you can lie down comfortably in your bed and put on some earphones to listen to some joyful stories.
