'Killer Soup' Trailer: Manoj Bajpayee, Konkona Sen Sharma-Starrer Will Leave You With Unanswered Questions

When two of the most talented actors in the film industry team up, you already know it's a blockbuster. Manoj Bajpayee and Konkona Sen Sharma are coming together for a crime web-series 'Killer Soup,' helmed by Abhishek Chaubey.

On Wednesday, the makers of the series unveiled its highly-anticipated trailer and within minutes, it's created more anticipation. One word to describe the trailer? Killer. 

The two-minute and 23-second long trailer will keep you glued to the screens till the very end. You're bound to get lost in its aesthetic visuals and there's hardly any clue given about the narrative unfolding. We only see different mysteries taking place, leading up to intense tension and leaving us with only unanswered questions. It looks like many storylines are occuring simultaneously, which leaves you intrigued. Chaos is prevailing: murders are happening, someone's getting blackmailed, cooking is being complimented -- no relation whatsoever.

The trailer has done its job of generating the required amount of hype. It looks like a fun-comic watch!

But from the plot revealed earlier, the series is about an ambitious yet talentless home chef (Konkona Sen Sharma), who is scheming to replace her husband, Prabhakar (Manoj Bajpayee), with her lover, Umesh (Manoj Bajpayee). Yes, the actor will be seen in dual roles. 

Produced by Macguffin Pictures, 'Killer Soup' also stars Nasser, Sayaji Shinde, Lal, and Anula Navlekar among others. It has been created and written by Chaubey along with Unaiza Merchant, Anant Tripathi, and Harshad Nalawade. 

This black-comedy, crime series will be released on Netflix on January 11. It will be available to stream in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam.
