In the caption, "Up Next? 5 Tests. In India" was written that means England are coming for 5 Test matches in India and the results will be similar to what is shown in the picture. That post triggered many Indian fans and some also commented with the picture of Virat Kohli bashing England bowlers in Test cricket with the caption of 'Welcome'.
