Mandhana reached the century in mere 70 balls, going past regular captain Harmanpreet Kaur's record of 87 deliveries achieved against South Africa in 2024.

The 28-year-old southpaw amassed her 10th ODI ton that included 12 fours and seven maximums as she was dismissed for an 80-ball 135. Mandhana's triple-figure score also makes her the joint-seventh fastest overall in the 50-over game, equaling he feat achieved by former England captain Charlotte Edwards in 2012.

Earlier, India women had won the toss and elected to bat against Ireland women in the third and final ODI. The hosts already hold an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series.
