Canada are set to visit Namibia for a five-match T20I bilateral series starting Tuesday, 18 March. All matches will be played at the Namibia Cricket Ground in Windhoek. (More Cricket News)
The last match of the series will be played on Sunday, 23 March at the same venue.
Both teams played the 60th ODI match of the ICC Cricket World Cup League Two 2023-27 on Saturday, where Namibia emerged victorious in a rain-barred match.
Batting first, Namibia set a 187-run target thanks to JP Kotze and Jon Nicol Loftie-Eaton. Canada started well but rain interrupted the match and the target was reduced to 167 runs in 43 overs.
Despite Yuvraj Samra and Navneet Dhaliwal's valuable knocks, Canada were restricted to 154 runs, losing the match by 12 runs. Namibia captain Gerhard Erasmus took four wickets in the match and was named Player of the Match.
