Coronavirus was engineered by China to infect people as a 'bioweapon' confirms a Wuhan Institute of Virology researcher. He also said that his colleagues were given four strains to find out which one could be used to spread the disease best.

The Wuhan researcher named Chao Shao made these revelations in an interview with an International Press Association member Jennifer Zeng, a Chinese-born human rights activist and author, who reportedly provides raw information and various insights about the country of China and the Chinese Communist Party.

Chao Shao during the twenty-six-minute interview said that one of his superiors at the Wuhan Institute of Virology named Shan Chao was given four strands of coronavirus and asked to find out after testing which one would be the best choice to infect 'as many species as possible' and how easy would it be able to other species which includes human beings.

Reportedly Chao Shao mentions the coronavirus to be a "bioweapon."

Chao Shao during the interview reportedly speaks about a particular incident in 2019 that caught his eyes, when a number of his colleagues were missing during Military World Games in Wuhan that year. He got to know from one of them later that it was due to checking the health and hygiene conditions of the athletes from various countries who were staying in hotels in China. Shao suspects that the reason was not substantial and they were sent there to spread the virus.

Chao Shao reportedly said, "Furthermore, in April 2020, Chao Shan said that he was sent to Xinjiang to check the health status of the Uyghurs who were imprisoned in the re- education camps so that they could be released sooner. Once again, since conducting health checks doesn't require a virologist, he strongly implied that he was sent there to either spread the virus or to observe how the virus worked on humans."

This interview was reportedly given by Chao Shao during the months of March and April 2020.

The reports say that the interviewer mentioned during the interview that this piece of information from Chao Shao was just one small piece of a big puzzle behind the origin of the pandemic that caused the death of 7 million people across the world and several other reasons behind it is still being explored by others.
