Entrepreneur Shivam Shukla Raises The Bar In The Indian Hospitality Industry

The hospitality industry, in particular, has witnessed an upward trend. In the Indian market, the hotel segment has grown rapidly because of foreign tourists and international travellers bringing new business opportunities to the country. Shivam Shukla, a young and dynamic entrepreneur in the hospitality industry is making everyone’s heads turn with his exemplary work.

Ever since he started his career, Shukla has been adamant about his vision. The talented entrepreneur has envisioned constructing an opulent hotel and facility management chain across the country. Striving for excellence and perfection, Shivam has left no stone unturned as he has been working effectively and efficiently to achieve his goals. When he was 21, he made his foray into the Indian hospitality industry with his father.

Precisely, Shivam Shukla brings an experience of a decade in the hotel sector. In 2014, he started his first restaurant named Shukla’s Kitchen. The entrepreneur believes in offering high-quality and the best services to meet customer requirements. In addition, Shukla is also the director of Cutting Edge Hotel Consultant Pvt. Ltd. With great experience and expertise, Shivam’s company took over the operations of Hotel Florence in 2016.

Under the hotel, they have restaurants, pubs and marriage halls. Moreover, in 2017, his company became a ‘Facility Management Service Provider’ with PMGSY (Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana). In the same year, Shukla and his team incorporated two hotels in Chhattisgarh - Hotel Trinity Grand and Hotel Raj Imperial which stand in the 4-star category. Eventually, the hotel was later handed over to the owner with a prompt and supportive staff.

Being in the hospitality industry, the entrepreneur and his team have ensured in providing hassle-free guest service with top-notch amenities. Speaking about the same, Shivam said, “It is all about luxury and convenience. We intend to give an enriching experience to our customers and patrons visiting our hotel. Right from the delectable cuisines to premium stays and better connectivity for guests to seamless concierge services, we make sure to offer the best of everything to our visitors.”

Shivam completed PGPMWE from IIM, Raipur. For his work, he juggles between Raipur and Delhi. Apart from this, he also owns a pub named On The Rocks, located in the bustling suburbs of Raipur. Understanding what the customers want and fulfilling their requirements with high-end maintenance, Shivam Shukla has carved his name as one of the finest names in the industry.
