Triptii Dimri Turns Nostalgic As 'Qala' Clocks One Year: It Was More Than Just A Film

On Friday, December 1, 'Qala' clocked one year. Written and directed by Anvitaa Dutt, the film starred Triptii Dimri, Babil Khan and Swastika Mukherjee. Triptii played the lead as Qala Manjushree and she proved her mettle in acting in it. The 'Bulbbul' actress received appreciation for her stellar performance. Today, as 'Qala' turned one, Dimri turned nostalgic about the film. 

The actress said, "Qala' was more than just a film. It was a journey of self-discovery, resilience, emotions, passion and love for art. I'm grateful to Anvitaa Dutt and Clean Slate Filmz for allowing me to bring this story to life and pushing me to deliver a performance to be proud of. She has a plethora of movies in her kitty. Triptii will be seen in Raaj Shaandilyaa's 'Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video' and Anand Tiwari's 'Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam' which is a Karan Johar production, also co-starring Vicky Kaushal and Ammy Virk. 

Triptii's latest release is 'Animal' that hit the screens today. She has been getting positive responses for her role. The movie has Ranbir Kapoor as lead. Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol play key roles.
