Rasika Dugal is one of the most popular actresses when it comes to web series. She has been part of some of the most stellar OTT shows and films. What audiences love most about Rasika Dugal is the variety that she gives her audience. Whether it’s comedy or horror or drama – she has done well in almost everything.

She has come up with ‘Humorously Yours 3’, which was released on Zee5, and it is garnering some great reviews from all over. The comedy show has been a fan favourite since the very first season, and people expect to have laugh-a-thon every time a new season of the show comes up. This time too it’s no different. It takes up on common day-to-day issues and gives them a humorous twist.

Talking to Prateek Sur, Rasika Dugal opens up about ‘Humorously Yours 3’, the atmosphere on sets, being with the show for over 7 years and lots more.

With so much comedy in the script, what was the atmosphere on the set daily?

Nobody on the ‘Humorously Yours’ set is taking themselves too seriously. While still getting the work done. I think the light-heartedness of the script translates into a relaxed environment on set.

You usually are known to do a lot of high-intensity roles…

I always feel like ‘Humorously Yours’ is a welcome change from the emotional intensity that most of my other work demands.

This is your 3rd season with Vipul and Abhishek. How has the equation evolved over the 3 seasons and 7 years?

There is a fun equation between us, full of jokes and banter. Vipul always has a joke up his sleeve and Abhishek has a very straight-faced humour, unlike all the intensity of many of his roles - which I totally enjoy.

Anything you would like to share about them and about your equation with them?

With them, it is always easy to pick up where we left off.
