The excitement for the upcoming drama 'Flex x Cop' has advanced to the next level after the release of the K-Drama's main poster. It provides a glimpse into the pivotal characters and the powerful intersection of law authorities and rich families (or chaebols). The drama will fuse privilege, crime, and law and how these worlds clash.
The story is based around Jin Yi-soo (Ahn Bo-hyun), who is a rich heir-turned detective, and Lee Kang-hyun (Park Ji-hyun), an experienced, workaholic detective, who has seen-it-all, and the first female team leader in the Homicide Department.
The poster has divided the characters in rows, in a unique way. The upper row comprises of Team 1 from the Homicide Department, which features team leader Lee Kang-kyun, her trustworthy friend Park Joon-young (Kang Sang-joon), and the youngest member who is always playing around, Choi Kyung-jin (Kim Shin-bi). Directly beneath them, we see Jin Yi-soo being around key figures. Renowned among them are Hansoo Group's chairman, Jin Myung-chul (Jang Hyun-sung), his wife Jo Hee-ja (Jeon Hye-jin), Jin Yi-soo's secretary Choi Jung-hoon (Kim Myung-soo), and the vice president of Hansoo Group, Jin Seung-joo (Kwak Si-yang).
More characters that will add to the story include Yoon Ji-won (Jung Ga-hee), a pathologist who works in the National Forensic Service, and Lee Kang-hyun's parents, Lee Hyung-joon (Kwon Hae-hyo) and Go Mi-sook (Yoon Yoo-sun).
The catchy slogan on the poster, "We'll escort you to a place where money and flex won't cut it," will shed light on a thriller of an adventure and how each of these characters contribute to the end goal.
'Flex x Cop,' with its fusion of crime, drama, thriller and the disagreements between conglomerates and justice, will premiere on January 26 at 10 PM KST (6:30 PM IST).
