UEFA European Championship 2024 Qualifiers: Greece Ends France's Near-Perfect Record With An Entertaining 2-2 Draw - In Pics

France's perfect record in qualifying came to an end when it drew 2-2 at Greece in Athens. Kylian Mbappé hit the crossbar in the final seconds after coming off the bench for World Cup runner-up France. PSG forward Randal Kolo Muani had given the Les Bleus the perfect start as scored into the roof of the net to give France the lead in Athens. But Anastasios Bakasetas equalised for Greece with a 20-yard volley, before Fotis Ioannidis guided home a cross. With that, boss Didier Deschamps turned to his bench as Kylian Mbappe came on to set Youssouf Fofana up for their equaliser with 16 minutes left. France finished top of their Group B with Greece facing Kazakhstan in the play-offs on March 21.
