We have got our first two teams which have booked their tickets to the Round of 16 of the ongoing FIFA Club World Cup. PSG played Seattle Sounders while Atletico Madrid went up against Botafogo in simulteneous final group games of all four teams involved. Only two of them could book their place in the knockout rounds of the revamped Club World Cup while two had to return home disappointed.

Have PSG qualified for FIFA Club World Cup Round of 16?
Yes, PSG are through to the Round of 16 as they beat Seattle Sounders comfortably to get a 2-0 result in their favour and advance to the knockouts.
Have Atletico Madrid qualified?
No. In the biggest shock of the Club World Cup so far, the Spanish giants Atletico Madrid have not been able to get through the group stage. Atletico beat Botafogo 1-0 in their final group game to tie finish level with PSG and Botafogo at six points each. However, the Spanish side's 4-0 loss to PSG in their opening encounter came back to bite them as they had Goal Difference of -1, worse than the other two sides in fray.
