Smriti Mandhana has been given the mantle to lead India women's team in the upcoming three-match ODI series against Ireland with regular captain Harmanpreet Kaur and star pacer Renuka Singh Thakur rested. Deepti Sharma has been named vice-captain.
All three ODIs will take place at the Niranjan Shah Stadium in Rajkot.
