Rajeev Goswami: Student Leader

He set himself on fire in protest against the Mandal report on September 19, 1990, in Delhi and hit the headlines. His aborted ‘martyrdom’ brought him some shortlived fame when he became the DUSU president. But that waned fast and this one-time law student now runs a confectionery store in the city.
