Public transport resumed in Delhi on Tuesday with buses, auto-rickshaws and taxis plying on the road, with a limited number of passengers, after a gap of nearly two months. The Delhi government has also allowed opening of markets and shopping complexes on an odd-even basis. Standalone shops will also be allowed but salons will stay shut for now.
