After Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented Union Budget 2020 in Lok Sabha, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said he did not see anything 'concrete' idea in the Budget.
"I did not see any concrete, strategic idea in the Budget that could help youngsters get jobs," Gandhi said.
The Congress leader said the Budget entailed redundant things and had no central idea.
He said the Budget "describes the government's mindset well: all talk, nothing concrete; lot of repetition and rambling."
He said the government's hollow approach was visible in the Budget.

Another Congress leadre, Ahmad Patel, called the Union budget "insipid" and said it lacked stimulus for growth.
The Congress said the government's annual financial statement comprises piecemeal measures, repackaged schemes, jugglery of tax slabs and has no real solutions to solve the economic crisis.

Patel also said that at a time when India is in the midst of an economic downturn, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman's budget speech focuses more on praising the prime minister rather than helping the common citizen.
"Longest Budget speech is also the most lacklustre budget ever. After Acche Din, New India, it now appears that the government has also abandoned the target of $5 trillion economy," Patel said in a series of tweets.
