Sharing her intentions and appeals, Maliwal took to Twitter, posting a copy of her letter addressed to the BJP Chief, J P Nadda. In the letter, she requested Nadda to visit Valte "at the earliest," underscoring the importance of the party's support in such difficult times, as reported by PTI.

Moreover, Maliwal empathetically addressed the financial burden faced by the MLA's family due to ongoing medical treatment. In her letter to Nadda, she earnestly appealed for financial assistance from the party's funds to aid in Valte's treatment and recovery.

The Manipur government spokesperson and Information and Public Relations Minister, Sapam Rajan, had recently dismissed media reports claiming negligence by the state government in providing medical care to Valte. High-ranking BJP officials, including state president Sarda Devi and minister Th Basanta Singh, had also visited Valte during his hospitalization in Delhi.
