In the court filing, Ariana Grande is seeking spousal support and property allocation in accordance with the terms of their prenup. Additionally, the 30-year-old artist has expressed her desire to retain "miscellaneous jewelry and other personal effects," along with the confirmation that earnings and assets acquired before, during, and after her marriage remain separate property.

Furthermore, Ariana has requested that both her and Dalton Gomez's attorney's fees be shared as part of the divorce proceedings.

Ariana Grande cited February 20 as the date of separation, citing irreconcilable differences as the primary reason for their divorce.

In a prompt response to Ariana's divorce filing, Dalton Gomez also listed February 20 as their date of separation. However, the real estate agent opted not to request spousal support in his response, instead leaving the matter for future determination by the court.

 Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez, who began dating in 2020 and married in 2021, had indeed decided to part ways and were heading towards divorce. On September 18, an insider provided insight into why the couple waited several months before formally filing for divorce.

"They were taking their time together to slowly work through the details of the agreement privately before filing," the source disclosed. "They've been really caring and respectful of one another every step of this process. It's been a very kind and patient uncoupling process."
