Watch: Shah Rukh Khan Attends Event At Gateway Of India To Honour Heroes Of 26/11 Attacks

On November 26, superstar Shah Rukh Khan honoured the unsung heroes of the 26/11 Mumbai attacks at the Gateway of India in Mumbai.

November 26 marked the 15th anniversary of the 26/11 Mumbai attacks. To honour the martyrs who lost their lives in the tragic incident, an event was organised at the Gateway of India on Sunday. Among other celebs, Shah Rukh Khan was also in attendance. He arrived at the event with his manager Pooja Dadlani.

Divyaj Foundation, along with Amrita Fadnavis, organised the Global Peace Award at the Gateway of India on Sunday. SRK, Sharad Kelkar, and Tiger Shroff among others graced the occasion. Shah Rukh was in a black suit. He also interacted with Sharad and Amruta Fadnavis and posed for the paps. The event was hosted by Sharad Kelkar.

The 'Pathaan' actor also interacted with the families of the martyrs at the event. 

Founder of Divyaj Foundation, Amruta Fadnavis, said in a statement, "Global Peace Honours stands as a tribute to the unsung heroes of 26/11, a night of reflection and unity where we honour the sacrifices made by these extraordinary individuals. In their memory, we gather at the iconic Gateway of India, bringing together global leaders, celebrities, and spiritual figures. It's not just an event; it's a testament to Mumbai's indomitable spirit, fostering collective remembrance and resilience."

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up for the release of 'Dunki', directed by Rajkumar Hirani. It also stars Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, and Boman Irani in pivotal roles. The film is slated to hit the theatres on December 22.
