Saiyami told Outlook India that as an actor her goal is to keep working and improving. She said, "The goal is always to keep working, improving and striving to get better than what you were in your last film. As long as you strive to get better everything falls into place. I am not worried about what films come my way or don’t come my way. It's a part and parcel of the profession. But it's more about basically getting better about working on myself."

She also feels that OTT has opened up lots of opportunities and there is a lot of work for everyone. She feels it’s a big change which is not just centric to big films. She said, "With regards to me, I feel I have become a better actor because otherwise, I don’t know what I have been doing since seven years. So, I hope I have become a better actor in the last seven years. I feel I have got many friends and families because with every project you make new friends and families and I think that’s the blessing of being an actor."
