Rishab Shetty Announces Prequel Of 'Kantara' Titled 'Kantara Chapter 1', First Look To Be Out On November 27

Rishab Shetty starrer 'Kantara' that released in 2022 was a huge success. The movie took the box office by storm by breaking several records. From critics, and celebs to the audiences, everyone lauded the film for its concept, storytelling, editing, divine music and Rishab's terrific performance. On November 25, Hombale Films announced the prequel of the blockbuster, titled, 'Kantara Chapter 1'. The first look of the film will be out on November 27 at 12:25 pm. 

'Kantara' was a masterpiece. It brought a divine and soulful story from the heartlands of India that touched the hearts of the millions. The craze of the film was not over yet, now the makers shared the big news with the fans. 

Sharing the grand announcement of the film on social media, the makers also wrote that the prequel will be a "Pan-World" release in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali and English.

Rishab also shared the post on his social media platforms. 

'Kantara's 25-minute pre-long climax took everyone by surprise and it still has a special place in audiences' hearts. The never-seen-before avatar of Rishabh Shetty shook the entire nation. With the prequel arriving, the expectations are sky-high from the film.

'Kantara Chapter 1' will go on floors with the Muhurat Pooja, which will commence on November 27. A grand and massive set is being constructed for the film, where actor-director Rishab Shetty, producer Vijay Kiragandur, and the other cast and crew will be present. After the pooja, the makers will start the photography for the film in December. The rest of the cast will be announced later.
