Reportedly, 'Friends' star Jennifer Aniston is organizing an intimate get-together for the show's cast at her Bel-Air home during the holiday season, for the sole purpose of honouring the life and legacy of co-star Matthew Perry, who passed away earlier this year. Renowned for his role as Chandler Bing, Perry was found dead at his residence on October 28.
All the cast members of the much-loved sitcom -- Aniston, Matt LeBlanc, David Schwimmer, Courteney Cox, and Lisa Kudrow -- attended the memorial service which was done last month. However, rumours have that these Friends will gather again for a special reunion.
As reported by OK Magazine, a source told the publication, “It was always their plan to get together, just the five of them, so they could feel comfortable about saying whatever is on their minds.” This private gathering is being done to share memories and have a laugh together, and pay homage to their cherished co-star, Matthew Perry.

The source added, “They’ll reminisce about some of their favorite times with Matt and share stories and laugh and cry.”
During the funeral, the cast was not able to publicly express how grief-stricken they felt, out of respect for Perry's family. “The funeral was such a sad occasion, but it was mainly for Matt’s family, and they held back out of respect for them," the source added.
Perry's autopsy report, acquired by The Blast revealed, “The cause of death for 54-year-old actor Matthew Langford Perry is the acute effects of ketamine. Contributing factors in Mr. Perry’s death include drowning, coronary artery disease, and the effects of buprenorphine.” It's no news to anyone that the late actor faced challenges with substance abuse as he openly spoke up about it.

The cast was aware of his struggles but “they don’t want to make their get-together a downer. This is about honouring their friend," the source further added.
