Actress Amruta Subhash is one of the most talented artists we have in our industry. This year she delivered a stellar performance in 'Lust Stories 2'. In Konkona Sen Sharma's directorial 'Mirror', there were a few intimate scenes between her and her real-life best friend, Shrikant Yadav who played her on-screen husband in 'Lust Stories'.
Amruta recently appeared in Netflix Actors’ Roundtable where she said that both she and Shrikant felt nervous about filming intimate scenes together as they share a good friendship. But her husband Sandesh Kulkarni encouraged him to do the scenes with ease.
“When I read the script, there were so many intimate scenes and I am scared of those. So I told Koko (Konkona) that I need one day with Shrikant, who is my best friend of (many) years. He’s like ‘main tere saath ye nahi kar sakta (I can’t do this with you).’ My husband is his friend and also an actor. He is telling him ‘tu karlega, acche se karlega (you’ll do it well)’,” said the 'Saas Bahu Aur Acchar' actress.

Well, 'Lust Stories 2' was not the first project for her where she had to do intimate scenes. Amruta Subhash did her first sex scene in Anurag Kashyap's 'Sacred Games 2'.
Amruta said, “I did my first sex scene with Anurag in Sacred Games 2. There was no question about being a man or a woman. He was extremely sensitive. He called the direction team. He was the one who asked me the question, what are your period dates, so they don’t schedule the sex scenes around that. ‘You will do it during your periods?’ He asked that''.
