Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar termed the Bihar Museum's Biennale celebration event in Patna as "a very proud event" for the state.
Kumar was speaking at the inauguration of the second edition of Bihar Museum Biennale at Bihar Museum in Patna. The event is set to mark a one of a kind confluence between art, museums, and memory.
"Several museums and museum experts from around the world are participating in this event. Artists from over 20 countries under G20 initiative are also part of the event. It's a very proud event for Bihar. The 'Together We Art' initiative has been very successful," said Kumar.
Outlook has collaborated with Bihar Museum to take the idea of democratising museums forward with a series of events across the country. The idea is to convert museums from places or hierarchy to places of learning and feeling.
