A country-made bomb exploded near Kuttiyadi police station limits injuring three people out of which one of them is seriously injured, police said on Tuesday.
The explosion occurred at around 12 last night at the compound of one of the injured Abdulla Musaliyar and his son, Sali, was also among the injured, they said.
A country-made bomb has been recovered from the blast site, they added.
Police were informed about the incident this morning. A case has been registered and investigation has begun.
