Despite the decline in Covid-19 cases and positivity rate, several states and Union Territories including Maharashtra and Delhi have extended lockdown. To apply for an e-pass, an Aadhaar card or Voter ID, PAN Card, address proof, vehicle license, employment ID, and medical prescriptions are needed.

- Fill in the form with the required details.

- An e-pass Reference Number will be issued
